For weeks I have talked about re-joining Weight Watchers. I have put it off and put it off because I have been lazy and I have also been enjoying food that I shouldn't eat so much of. I finall went last night. I really nervous about joining again because I don't want to fail again.
Last month I weighed myself at home and I weight 238 and last night when I weighed in at WW I weighed in at 245.2. That's a lot of weight in one month, HOLY COW! I forgot to weight myself at home last night so I could compare the scales, but I will as soon as I get home today.
My goals today are:
- Keep track of my points in my journal
- Drink 6 glasses of liquid
I'll start small today, but I also hope to stay within my points. Keeping track is a big thing for me so I will focus on that today.
