February 5th

Good morning! I've done 30 minutes on the treadmill and I shopped for fruits and veggies while S was in school. I need to do better at eating a good breakfast, I just seem to run out of time while getting the kids ready for school. I generally run out the door as soon as the car pool picks them up to either go to work and or run errands while I only have one child. I'm already up early so that doesn't help, I guess I just need to stop and give myself ten minutes to eat something other than a yogurt.

My goals today are:
  • Keep track of everything I eat and stay within my points
  • Find more Weight Watcher recipes me and my family would like

Thanks for all the support everyone. I think everyday since FridayI have called Patty to complain about what a difficult time I am having with keeping track of my food and trying to make healthier choices. She always listens and gives me encouragement as does everyone else with their comments. Thanks again!

Good job on the treadmill Becky!! Patty is a great person to go to for encouragement!! Good job getting those healthy foods in your house! How did your family like the Parmesan Chicken Fingers? That sure does sound yummy!

Tammy, R and I liked the Parmesan Chicken Fingers but my kids really didn't. I thought they would, maybe it was the garlic maybe it's because they weren't deep fried and from McDonalds.
