Okay, thanks everyone for reminding me that I need to BELIEVE in myself.
My dad and his wife, Denise came over for dinner. I made Taco Soup, rolls and for desseret I made a Mango-Lime Frozen Mousse (along with brownies as a back-up in case the mousse wasn't very good). The soup hit the spot, especially with the snow outside. The mousse was okay tasting but I didn't like the texture. My dad ate it and said he liked it, Denise had a few bites and said she thought the texture was weird also so she opted for a brownie. Sarah didn't like the desseret and Zach wouldn't even try it. I won't make it again, but it was fun to try something new.
