March 25th


Sunday I was looking in my bookshelf and found the book 60 Seconds to Weight Loss Success. I probably bought this a year or so ago and had forgotten all about it. It is a book full of one minute inspirations to change your thinking, your weight and your life. I've been looking through it and it's very motivational. It doesn't matter what healthy eating plan you are doing it's meant to compliment and encourage you.
The last few days have been challenging with all the Easter goodies in the house. Yesterday I gave away the last of the Easter sugar cookies. I threw out the rolls (which I love to eat with butter) and today I will throw away the Easter candy.
I'm a little afraid for me WW weigh in this week. My goal has been to keep track of everything but there have been things I didn't know how to give a points value to so I didn't do as well as I had planned. I will do better!
