Monday Week 2


I haven't checked in for quite a few days. I didn't do as well as I had hoped last week so I just stopped looking at my Biggest Loser stuff, plus I didn't have a lot of personal computer time. I told myself when I started this that it was a bad month due to extra work stress but that I would be happy if I kept up with exercising five to six days a week. I did exercise five days, my eating was improved from my normal diet but not great. I'll just continue to take this day by day and make small goals.
And by the way, I don't really want to post a before picture of myself it was bad enough posting my weight.

Becky, just make sure you take the before photo of yourself. You don't need to post it. You will want it once you see how far you have come over the next few months!! I know you are crazy busy this time of year, you always are, just keep up the good work. You are doing better than you were....so that is GREAT...you can do it Becky!!! (HUGS)

At least you are being upfront with yourself and recognizing what you are able to do, I'm proud of you, A total lifestyle change is hard work. Your doing great!

Becky, you can do this. I know it is so busy for you right now. I agree with Tammy, just make sure you have a before picture of you, for yourself. You are doing awesome with your exercise.
