- exercise for at least 30 minutes
- drink 8 glasses of water
- Eat a healthy breakfast
I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes this morning. YAY! I was able to catch up on the news and hear the Presidental debate reviews. Maybe this evening I'll be able to work in another 30 minutes on the treadmill, we'll see how it goes with the kids.

Woohoo!!!! I actually think it's kinda fun to watch Good Morning America (or whatever) and catch up while getting some exercise. Way to start your day! keep it up!
