Tuesday Week 2

My goals today are small.
  • Exercise 30 minutes on the treadmill
  • Drink 8 glasses of water

I have been on the go since very early this morning and I was hoping to already have used my treadmill but now it's time to get the kids up and start running for the day. I'm not sure when I'll squeeze in the treadmill but I have to. Yesterday it never happened. I have a million errands to run, a ton of work stuff and home stuff. The festival begins tomorrow (with all the volunteers arriving) so we're off.

Good luck today getting on the treadmill! Hope your festival goes well. When I worked as a County Extension Agent, I remember working events and eating was hard. So, I know how you feel with your festival. Good luck!
