- Walk on the treadmill 30 minutes twice today
- Drink 8 glasses of water
- Choose healthy snacks
- Don't eat after 7:00pm
- Research Weight Watchers Online program
I only drank about half of my water yesterday and I didn't do so well we eating. I ate a good breakfast and when I went to work I forgot to take a snack with me so when I finally got home and feed the girls at 12:30pm I was starving so I ate anything I could find. Then I was a little discouraged so I made a few more poor choices. Today is a new day so I will do better. I did do 30 minutes on the treadmill first thing this morning.

I really like how you set your goals for the day. A plan always makes things seem easier to me.
I just researched WW online. I just don't have the money to join anything right now,btw that's the ONLY reason I did not join the Biggest Loser contest, so I just found how to do the point system online. I have some links on my blog, if you are inteseted.

I agree, I like how you set goals for the day. It makes it easier to stick with daily goals, rather than trying to sick with just LOTS of big goals.
Good luck with researching WW's! I'm doing just the points (don't have the money to join online either) but I've found doing WW's is funner than "just" counting calories for some reason and I like to keep it all in a little note book. After my youngest was born I went from 203 lbs to 154 lbs doing the points!

Becky, you are doing great! Just remember that you are doing better than you were, a couple of poor choices is better than not trying at all. right? But, I know you are going to do great! Good job with the treadmill this morning!! :)
You are doing great with your exercise. How did the ww research go? Are you going to go with that? I am so excited you are doing this.
Little goals help me not feel so overwhelmed and I hope that after awhile some of my goals that are the same everyday will become a habit.

Melissa, WW sounds like something I could do but I still haven't figured out what the meetings cost. I found the cost for the WW online just not the meetings.

I think the WW meetings sound good for the support and ideas. I'm sure the WW online would help but I think the meetings would help me more than just the online thing. I just don't know if I can make it to meetings every week.
Yeah, it would be hard to go to the meetings, but I think would be totally helpful! I JUST do the points, nothing else, and if I'm totally motivated like I am now, I do pretty well. Good luck!
