Hi, I'm back. I'm sorry, I know I disappeared. January is my busiest and craziest month at work and I knew it would be difficult to start this challenge with the stress my work would bring but I was honestly hoping I could still at least exercise. It didn't happen. All I could do was work 12+ hours every day and be a mom the other few hours. Emotionaly and physically I couldn't do anymore. This past week things have started returning to normal and I am slowly catching up.
I'm sorry I wasn't around to offer encouragment and cheer everyone else on. I will do better.
Tonight I went to my first Weight Watchers Meeting and I signed up. Since I had already announced my weight to you all it wasn't as difficult to go and I'm really hoping it works for me.

YAY Becky is Back!!! :) I would love to know what WW offers you. I have loved the point system. You can do this Becky!! We understand that you fell off the planet for the month of January, but now KICK butt in FEB!! And come to our Girls night out next Friday!!

Good to see you are still there! I am sorry you have been struggling. I hate trying to balance everything! You should know that we are here for you-to support you, and to have you share your hard times, let us carry some of your burden. Good job for joining WW, you sound like you do so much for your family, it's great that you are doing something for you-you deserve it! And a new month is here, Tammy is right-You WILL kick butt!
Welcome Back!You'll have to let us all know how the WW program goes! I know alot of the girls do the points but I don't think anyone does the whole program! Good luck, here's to a fresh start!!!
